In the 29th year of the Exporter of the Year competition, which evaluates the most successful exporters for 2022, our company again defended second place with an export volume of over CZK 156 billion. The first place was taken by the Škoda Auto car company, the third position was taken by the Agrofert concern.
The Exporter of the Year award is presented by the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic. Representatives of companies received the awards in eight categories at the Residence of the Mayor of the Capital City in the presence of the President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Miloš Vystrčil, Minister of Industry and Trade Jozef Sikely, Minister of Transport Martin Kupka, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Eduard Hulic, Deputy Minister of Defence Daniel Blažkovec and Deputy Minister of Agriculture Radek Lanc.
Jan Antonín, Chief Financial Officer, accepted the award on behalf of our company:
"Foxconn has again this year ranked a nice second place in this prestigious ranking. I am proud of the work of all our colleagues who have kept us in the top three largest exporters in the Czech Republic for a long time."
The Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Central Business Status, the Association for Business Support and partners EGAP, CEB and Dun & Bradstreet, has been announcing the Exporter of the Year competition since 1995.
