Notification of Illegal Activities

Do you suspect unethical conduct?

• Therefore, we welcome any constructive feedback that helps us improve continuously. Among other things, we have created this special page for the purpose of detecting a possible illegal activity that has the characteristics of a criminal act, a misdemeanour (the upper limit of the penalty rate is at least CZK 100,000), or violates Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as "the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers") or violates another legal regulation or a regulation of the European Union in the areas defined by the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers. A natural person who has become aware of the commission of an illegal activity in connection with work or another similar activity can make a notification through the channels listed below. We exclude receiving notifications from persons who do not perform work or any other similar activity for us as a legal obliged entity according to the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
• If you have any suspicion of possible wrongdoing on the part of our employees or suppliers (e.g. bribery, corruption, fraud, theft, embezzlement, etc.), which is related to the performance of their work or other similar activities, we would be grateful if you let us know about it, so that we can take immediate actions to remedy it. Information provided in the contact form or sent to this e-mail address will be forwarded for resolution to the designated persons: Jitka Kliková, Eva Janáčková, and Radka Svobodová – their contacts can be found below. You can find detailed information about the processing of your personal data here.
• In order to investigate your notification / report properly, it is necessary to provide your name, surname, and date of birth (or other data from which the identity of the reporting person can be deduced). For the purposes of any anonymous notification, please use the page foxconn.cz/inquiries, where the processing of such notification is no longer subject to the regime of the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers. We would also appreciate your contact information so that we can contact you if necessary as part of our investigation of the case and then inform you about the status of the resolution of your notification. At the same time, we hereby declare that any retaliation against the persons who made the notification of the aforementioned illegal activities are totally inadmissible. This does not apply if the person has made a knowingly wrong or misleading notification / report.

* By using the e-mail address whistleblowing@foxconn.cz you hereby agree to the resolution of your notification at the central level for the entire group of Foxconn Czech Republic.
