Long-term support:  City of Pardubice, City of Kutná Hora, Elementary School and Practical School SVÍTÁNÍ, primary schools, post-secondary education  schools and secondary schools in Pardubice and Kutná Hora regions, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (University of Pardubice), BK Pardubice basketball club, HC Dynamo Pardubice ice hockey club, FK Pardubice football club, TJ Sparta Kutná Hora sports club, Pardubice Sports Park, Multicultural Week, 'Koudelník’s Race with Foxconn', and many local non-profit organizations (such as Most pro, Regional Caritas Pardubice, Regional Caritas Kutná Hora, Kalyna, and others).

Foxconn not only cares about its employees, but also feels a responsibility to the local community. On a regular basis, it initiates or supports projects that are related to the Pardubice and Kutná Hora region, or to the activities of the company’s employees. Through long-term partnership with the cities of Pardubice and Kutná Hora and many local organizations, it supports various activities and projects, offers a helping hand to disadvantaged groups of the population and is involved in the integration and education of children of foreigners. Foxconn organizes its own philanthropic project X-DAY.

Cooperation with schools

Foxconn is open to collaboration with schools and students. The aim is to create a long-term relationship based on the transfer of knowledge and practical experience. For students who work with the company, the possibility of obtaining a job also opens up. As a technology company, Foxconn focuses its attention on technically oriented high schools. The support consists not only in helping with technical and material equipment for teaching, including digital notice boards or tablets. It also supports internships and various technically oriented competitions organized by secondary schools in Pardubice and Kutná Hora.

Promoting sport and a healthy lifestyle

Foxconn has been a proud general partner of the Pardubice Sports Park since the first time the event was  held in 2016 and a long-term Premium partner of the first-league basketball team of the BK Pardubice sports club. Other supported sports clubs include the HC Dynamo Pardubice ice hockey club, FK Pardubice football club, TJ Sparta Kutná Hora, and others.
