The prestigious nationwide initiative Czech Industry Challenge (CICH) recognises outstanding communication projects from the industrial sector. Now in its fifth year, the competition highlights creative achievements in employer branding, internal and external communication, corporate social responsibility, and HR marketing. At the gala evening in Prague on 11 June, Foxconn received a total of six awards across various categories, confirming the quality, diversity, and originality of its projects.
Foxconn took first place in the Corporate Social Responsibility category for the project Pozor, zebra! This educational campaign for children from kindergartens and primary schools uses interactive games, demonstrations, and practical exercises to teach in a fun and clear way how to behave correctly at pedestrian crossings and in road traffic in general. The project, which combines safety, prevention, and social responsibility, has already reached hundreds of children in the Pardubice and Kutná Hora regions. Top position in the Career Website category also went to prace.foxconn.cz – a modern and user-friendly platform for job seekers at Foxconn. The website offers an intuitive interface, attractive visual design, and all key information in one place – from open positions and benefits to behind-the-scenes company culture and a recruitment blog. Foxconn claimed a third first place in the Industrial Photography category for an artistic photograph of a robot. The winning image captures a robot in the production process in a unique, artistic shot that highlights the connection between modern technology and precise industrial environment.

Second place in the Inspirational Magazine category was awarded to Živý Foxconn – a printed and digital internal magazine that delivers engaging content for employees four times a year in two language versions. It features company news, interviews, competitions, and leisure content. Rooted in company values, it actively encourages employees to contribute as article authors.
Another second place was earned in the Workplace Gamification category for the Zero Defect programme. This unique initiative, run at the Foxconn plant in Kutná Hora, promotes a culture of error prevention, where every employee’s work matters. Through six playful Zero Defect Days each year, it boosts motivation and productivity via games and contests focused on error detection.
Third place in the Website category went to Foxconn for its corporate site www.foxconn.cz, which effectively presents the company as a modern, innovative, and socially responsible employer and technology leader, offering a clear structure and pleasant visual style.
