Nominate and vote in myFOX, via kiosks on the Foxconn premises, or through the JOBka app.

We want to thank colleagues who go the extra mile in their work. It does not have to be about grand gestures — often it is the little things that make us feel better here and make our work easier. These are the people we want to recognise, thank, and use as inspiration for others. The competition helps us to look around, pause, and reflect: Who around me deserves recognition and thanks? And for what exactly?

Let us know, help your colleague reach the finals, and give them a chance to win one of the prizes.

Nominate your colleagues and vote for them in four categories that are the key pillars on which Foxconn stands. Not sure where to start? Watch the videos with our ambassadors, who will introduce them to you.

  • Develop People

    Develop People

This category is for those who help others grow.

    Nominate colleagues who:

    • patiently train new employees,

    • willingly explain procedures – even multiple times,

    • support others in their personal or professional development,

    • create a safe and friendly environment where everyone can learn,

    • motivate others with their approach and inspire them to keep developing.

A typical example: A colleague who guided you during your onboarding, always had time and energy to teach you something – and for whom patience and willingness to help are simply natural.

Don’t let it go unnoticed – nominate them in the Employee Development category!

Markéta Traube – Ambassador of the Employee Development Category for 2025
  • Develop Processes

    Develop Processes

Category for those who make work smarter.

    Nominate colleagues who:

    • come up with ideas to simplify or speed up processes,

    • propose meaningful improvements to workflows,

    • help implement new methods or tools,

    • share their know-how and support others through changes,

    • actively improve the functioning of their team or department.

A typical example: A colleague who designed a new way of record-keeping, cutting routine work in half – and willingly taught the method to others.

Innovation deserves recognition – nominate colleagues for whom smart improvements are part of everyday reality in the Process Development category!

Tomáš Doule – Ambassador of the Process Development Category for 2025
  • Develop Citizenship

    Develop Citizenship

This category recognises heart and initiative – beyond the work desk.

    Nominate colleagues who:

    • take part in volunteering or charitable activities,

    • organise collections, workshops, lectures, or other public events,

    • build partnerships with schools or community organisations,

    • promote Foxconn’s good name externally and connect the company with the wider community.

A typical example: A colleague who organises sports or educational events for the public, or gives lectures at schools – simply someone who goes the extra mile.

These big-hearted colleagues deserve our recognition, even if they rarely seek special attention. Nominate such colleagues and help celebrate their good deeds!

Dita Erbenová – Ambassador of the Community Development Category for 2025
  • Develop Technology

    Develop Technology

Category for those who drive Foxconn forward technologically.

    Nominate colleagues who:

    • have automated or digitalised a process,

    • have designed a technical improvement that increased quality or reduced costs,

    • work with new technologies and artificial intelligence,

    • monitor trends and actively implement them in practice,

    • seek efficient technological solutions for everyday work.

A typical example: A colleague who automated paper-based administration and saved their team many hours of work every month.

Technological progress does not rely on machines, but on people. Nominate such colleagues in the Technology Development category!

Karel Horák – Ambassador of the Technology Development Category for 2025
