Foxconn reached the final with its Referral Programme, an initiative that encourages employees to refer new colleagues from their circle of friends. The evaluation included how accessible the programme is, what percentage of employees participate in relation to the total number of employees, its overall design, and its success. The company welcomed nine hundred new colleagues last year, of which three hundred were recruited through the programme.
The 7th year of the RAA competition
The Recruitment Academy Awards competition was created to inspire, educate and raise the profile of the best projects in HR marketing, employer branding and recruitment. An independent jury of experts from recruitment, HR, marketing and other fields selects finalists and winners in 6 different categories. This year was the 7th year of the competition.
