Foxconn Czech Republic has achieved another outstanding success – becoming the Most Attractive Employer in the Region among secondary school and university students in the Pardubice Region. This achievement confirms the company’s long-term position among the most popular and influential employers not only in the region, but also at the national level.
The title of Most Attractive Employer in the Region among Students is complemented by the long-standing Employer of the Year award, which Foxconn has received in the region for the eleventh consecutive year. “Last year, we placed third in the student category, so we are all the more pleased to have reached the very top this year,” says Radka Svobodová, Compliance, PR and Communications Manager. At the national level, Foxconn also achieved an excellent 6th place.
These successes have been significantly supported by Foxconn’s intensive cooperation with schools and young talent. In the past year alone, the company supported the renovation of specialised classrooms at the Secondary Technical School of Electrical Engineering in Pardubice and the Secondary School of Electrical Engineering in Kutná Hora. “Supporting education is a long-term priority for us. We want students to have a modern environment that develops their skills and inspires them to pursue technical fields,” adds Radka Svobodová, confirming that Foxconn certainly does not plan to slow down these activities.
Foxconn is also actively involved in competitions and events for students of all age groups. At the beginning of the year, the company partnered with the Science and Technology Festival and supported competitions such as Pardubická Supernova, Young Talent of the Pardubice Region, and the Regional Schools Championship of the Pardubice District. Foxconn also took part in a Hackathon at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Pardubice and is annually involved in technically focused competitions such as Foxconn Cup, T-Profi, and MicroBit. “We enjoy sharing our experience with students, and we equally value their fresh perspective on the world of technology,” adds Radka Svobodová.
The Most Attractive Employer competition is organised by the Employers’ Club, which has been connecting leading Czech companies with future talent since 2011 and supporting cooperation with secondary schools and universities.
With this success, Foxconn Czech Republic has once again confirmed that its name is synonymous with stability, innovation, and inspiration—not only for its employees, but also for the new generation of professionals just entering the labour market.
