Financial Support for Students in Kutná Hora

Foxconn Czech Republic has contributed to the reconstruction of another classroom. This time, it helped the Higher Vocational School, Secondary Industrial School and Language School in Kutná Hora transform an ageing specialist classroom into a modern space where not only students will be glad to return.

TOGETHER FOR THE FUTURE. With this idea, Foxconn Czech Republic has been supporting schools for several years in the regions where it operates, namely in Pardubice and Kutná Hora. “We believe that education is the best start to a successful career – and that is why, already a year ago, we significantly supported the refurbishment of a classroom at the Secondary School of Electrical Engineering in Pardubice. This time, we have moved to Kutná Hora,” explains Radka Svobodová, Compliance, PR and Communications Manager at Foxconn CZ. And so, its representatives together with Josef Treml, Headmaster of the Higher Vocational School, Secondary Industrial School and Language School in Kutná Hora, officially opened the newly refurbished specialist classroom on 26 September 2025.

Thanks to modern equipment and improved facilities, students will gain even better conditions for their studies. “At the same time, we have brought a piece of our identity and corporate culture into the space, so that students know what our company’s values are and may even identify with them,” explains Martin Vencl, Head of PR and Communications, describing the use of the classroom’s white walls.

Foxconn hopes that its support will attract students who may later head to the company – whether for professional internships or as new future colleagues. “Supporting education is an investment in a stable and successful future for us, and we believe such investments will pay off,” concludes Martin Vencl.
