Pad Thai

Stir-fry chicken in a wok, add sautéed vegetables (carrots, spring onions, onions), cooked rice noodles, and pour over the sauce (broth, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice). Infuse with coriander, garnish, and serve.

Fish and Chips

Cut cod into pieces, salt them, drizzle with lemon juice, coat and fry at 180 degrees Celsius. Serve with fries and lime dip.

Chicken Burritos

Stir-fry chicken, separately sauté corn, black beans, onions, crushed tomatoes, and coriander. Combine with the chicken, spread the mixture into a wrap, roll it up, and bake in the oven at 130 degrees Celsius. Cut the tortilla in half and serve.

Greek Salad

Chop vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes), mix all vegetables, drizzle with a dressing made from olive oil, wine vinegar, and oregano. Garnish with feta cheese and red onion when serving, accompanied by pita bread.

 

Pleiades with crispy bread

Grind pork shoulder, season with salt, pepper, red pepper. Make burger patties, fry them. Serve on a crispy bread smeared with red cabbage jam and garnish with fried onions.

 

 

Mini Beef Burger

Slow-cook beef knuckle, shred and season it. Serve in a mini sweet brioche bun spread with plum chutney, complemented with iceberg lettuce and cheddar paste.

Alsatian Cabbage with Meat and Sausage

Chop and bake pork shoulder. Make sweet and sour white cabbage. Fry grenaille potatoes. Mix all ingredients together, season to taste. Garnish with fried paprika sausage and parsley when serving.
