The Early Care Centre in Pardubice, which has participated in the Exchange several times, received funds thanks to donors to purchase a sport stroller / wheelchair for the "Kozlík Junior Country" bike. It will enable families with children with severe physical disabilities to spend their free time together in a fun way in nature, where they cannot get with an ordinary pram or wheelchair, even in the winter. The Vesta Pardubice association presented itself for the first time. It is dedicated to children who live in foster care. The independent life that awaits children after leaving their foster families will not be easy. Therefore, their project focused on supporting independence, when children experience first-hand what it is like to take care of themselves.

The Philanthropy Exchange is a transparent tool for supporting the non-profit organizations, which at the same time offers meetings of representatives of the business sector, non-profit organizations and public administration. This is in fact a "D-Day" of non-profit organizations from the Pardubice region, during which they present their project and apply for the support of donors. Donors can support projects with financial and material donations or other appropriate forms of assistance. More about the Exchange at www.burzafilantropie.cz.
